The S7200HRT Suspension Elliptical trainer features Perfect Stride technology, which combines an ideal stride motion, ergonomically-correct foot positioning, and optimal incline with a variable stride length for the best workout possible. The unique suspension design provides an exceptionally smooth feel, utmost comfort, and unmatched accessibility. Workout Options with Maximum Feedback. The S7200HRT features 20 innovative programs, including Sprint 8, four HRT, four custom user, three goal and four variable stride-based body-sculpting programs. Equipped with a telemetric chest strap, it allows you to conveniently monitor your heart rate. Multiple feedback windows on the Quick-Set LED display, one of which is dedicated to heart rate feedback. It also displays distance, time, strides per minute, resistance, incline, watts, calories and METs.
