Awesome fantastic quality piece of equipment. The directions for assembly were the easiest I have ever seen. Assemble time is about 2 hrs. You definetly want to have an assistant when connecting the digital system. Machine is very smooth and on track to compare with a higher end machine. Comes with a 15 minute dvd for excercise program. It's a machine that is enjoyable, fun, very good quality and a machine you just don't want to get off of. Packaging was absolutly outstanding. Great job Body Champ!

Good for running and bike riding at an affordable price. The instructions where a bit of a nightmare but were easy enough to follow and see through! The price point was also a really good deal!
